The Hunger Games is one of those movie whose bizarre direction leaves you wondering at the sense of it all. Gary Ross butchers a passable script. Now I haven't read the book so I wouldn't know as to how good it is. All I know is that based on this movie if one is to decide whether to read the book or not, one would go for the later. Watch this movie at your own risk.
