English Vinglish is formulaic. There is nothing remotely original about the movie, yet it works on many a sphere. Charming and witty, Sridevi really holds her own in this movie. Director Shinde is good behind the lens which keeps the viewers engrossed in this affair, even though the script is bursting at the seams with cliches. With a lot a memorable moments, I definitely recommend this movie especially for Sridevi and Mr. Bachchan's amazing cameo.
