The Secret In Their Eyes is a 2009 Oscar winning movie from Argentina. Beautifully crafted adequately enacted this movie is a well portrayed depiction of the judicial system in most of the countries. The climax sequence is very well done and leaves you feeling satisfied, even though the movie as a whole doesn't have the same satisfying feeling.
